I got a call last night from Grandma Checketts. She and Grandpa are in the MTC preparing to go on another mission. While in the MTC she met a teacher that she really likes and so she gave him Jennifer's pone number. And I guess that while she was doing this another couple heard her, and they asked if she had someone for their son, who goes to school at BYUI (I think you can see where this is going) so she says yes I do. So now some RM out there has my number. But I guess I can't complain he is an RM and loves animals, so he can't be that bad. =) Love you Grandma.
And in other news I know that last week I said wasn't stressed about finals, (that are next week by the way) but that has changed. I'm starting to feel the stress. The only thing that is keeping me from going crazy and breaking down is the fact that I will be home with family next week!!!!! In 9 days I will be home with my whole family (Mom, Dad, Heather, K.R., Jennifer, Amber, and Bethany)together again. And in 8 days I see Jennifer for the first time in three and a half months. I'm so excited to see everyone again.

Sorry........
Ok I realize I haven't kept up with my blog like I planed to. Ok I've done a horrible job, but I'm going to try to do better. I went home last week for Thanksgiving and I had so much fun spending time with my family. I was sad I had to leave at the end of the week, but I couldn't be to sad because I'll be home in 15 days!!!
But in other news finals are fast approaching and surprisingly I'm not as freaked out as I thought I'd be. The only final I'm a little worried about is my science final because I hate science. I'm really excited for this semester to end and winter semester to start because next semester I'm taking ceramics and everyone knows how much I LOVE ceramics.
I been having a lot of fun with my roommates. We don't do much but hang out and watch movies, but I swear it is a lot more fun then it sounds. I'm really enjoying my time here in Rexburg, but I have to admit I am looking forward to spending Christmas in a place were it doesn't snow and the temperature is higher then I don't know 20 degrees. I guess I shouldn't complain we are having really good weather right now, it's 34 degrees outside.

Frist Day in the Dorms
As requested I've uploaded more pictures on my blog. The pictures I've chosen are of my dorm and of my roommate Jennifer. So today my mom, dad, and Jennifer dropped me off at BYUI. It was a long drive but we made it here okay. When we finally got here we checked me in and unpacked my stuff and then went grocery shopping at Walmart. Which my the way was a nightmare, it was like everyone and their mom was there. But then all to soon everything was unpacked and it was time for my parents to leave. And of course it was sad and had everyone in tears. After mom, dad, and Jennifer left I went inside my dorm and I ran into my roommate Jennifer and her family about to leave for a tour of campus and they invited me along. So I went with them and I was really fun I got to see the campus and learn more about my roommate. Then later we went to the Lamprecht Hall ice cream social, which was so much fun I met so many cool girls and we are planning a movie night!! I'm so excited, this year is going to be great!!!

Sad :(
Some sad things have happened this week. First I went to the doctors to get the ugly mole removed off my face. And the doctor said he could but he suggested that because it is on my face that I go to a plastic surgeon to get it removed. So now I have to wait almost another two weeks to finally get it removed. Then on Wednesday I had my last day of work. And that day was sad and a little bit of a let down. Because most of my work friends were either out of town or not working. And to top it off i worked from 1 to 10, but even after working a long 8 hour shift i had to wait another hour to be given my last paycheck. So I didn't get home until 11pm I was so tired. Well that was my bad week, but the good news is that it can only get better!

Some Changes
As you requested Heather I've started to use my blog and I tried to fix the picture situation you commented on. Although I couldn't find a picture with all of us girls in it on my computer(I know shocked me to), but I did add a picture of my favorite sister and her husband as you requested. Love you and miss you Heather!
So now that I've fixed my blog layout a little about what is going on in my life. Yesterday I found out who my roommates are. Their names are Amy, Jennifer, and Danielle. I don't really know much about them I've only had a chance to talk to Amy, but she seems really nice. And in other news I'm having the mole on my face removed tomorrow finally!!! I can wait. Also this is my last week of work. I'm going to miss the people there, but not the work:) Well that's all for now more to come!!

The Beginning
Hi this is Marissa Schultz and this is my blog! So I don't really have much to say yet, but that will change when I leave for BYUi in september. I'm so excited to be going away to school and for the new experiences, but of course I'm a little nervous and I'm going to miss my family. But we'll always be a family and I know they love me and they know I love them.
